I haven’t posted for a couple of days because I’m busy writing my first E-Book which is very exciting. Actually, for the past six months I’ve been very focussed on writing a book which will should be published by mid next year, however in the meantime I want to get some of the information out in a more condensed format in the form of an E-Book which is quickly accessible and downloadable and it will give you a taste of what I’ll be talking about in the actual published book.
The E-book will be a comprehensive summary of the top 10 changes I made towards a healthier lifestyle. There was hundreds of changes I made to my lifestyle but decided to pick the top 10 and share them with you and hope to receive some feedback to find out whether you would like to know more. So stay tuned as I’d like to have it uploaded to this site within the next two weeks.
To give you an idea of some of the topics I’m writing to you about they are ~ water (of course, my favourite topic), sunshine, real food, juicing, smoothies, probiotics, spirulina, enemas, coconut products, oral hygiene, grounding, earthing and lots more! As you can see there will be a very interesting and diverse amount of information!
For those who are just starting out, some of this information will just blow you away. I know it rocked my world so much that I left my full time job forever and set out to live and breathe this healthier way of life. Since then I’ve received nothing by unconditional support from the universe and everyone around me. So much so, that it is now becoming my full time job, except it doesn’t feel like a job any more because it’s so different when you are doing something that you truly love 🙂
Once I complete my first E-Book I’ll get started immediately on a recipe E-Book, as it would be unfair not to share the amazing and delicious recipes I enjoy on a daily basis. I owe it to my mentors to pass all this information on to you in the same way they did to me.
