My first magazine feature! And of course it was the Raw Mediterranean Mushroom Casserole which spiked their interest. This magazine recently approached me to feature the recipe in their Christmas Edition as they had a special section showcasing casseroles. It is my all time favourite recipe which is loved by all who are fortunate enough to taste it.
